Banning the sale of vape products that resemble school supplies, children’s toys or that use packaging and advertising with the intent of targeting children, is the highlight of Senate Bill S7882. If enacted, “violators could face a civil penalty of up to $1,500 for a first violation and $2,500 for each subsequent violation”.
