Administrators Express Concern over Student Vaping

“It’s a constant battle — I’ll just leave it at it’s a constant battle that we all fight, and it can’t just be fought or dealt with in this building,” said Andy Hare, principal of Sullivan East High School. “It has to be fought and dealt with out in the community.”
